In order to qualify, teams must complete and submit separate videos for all three pieces of apparatus, These videos need to be filmed from a steady position ensuring all pieces of equipment and movements are visible and in shot. All videos must be submitted via YouTube, to a Team/Club YouTube channel and should be clearly labelled with accurate title and description. 

All members of the team must be present in the video and a clear present (from all gymnasts as a team) at the beginning and end must be seen. Once a gymnasts has completed their run they are to crouch and wait for the last gymnast in the team. The videos must also be of decent quality and one continuous shot to ensure the submission is accepted and the skills can easily be seen.
